Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n
    \n
  • Assist in the preparation and control of menu ingredients under the chef’s supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Comply with food regulations, allergens, and HACCP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Organize the storage and preservation of food.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure the freshness and quality of products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Participate in the preparation of dishes, including paellas, salads, desserts, and grilled meats and fish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene at your workstation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure the proper use, respect, and maintenance of all materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate in the daily management of stock and conduct inventories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assist in the organization and preservation of food.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n
      \n
    • Minimum qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training in gastronomy or cooking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Other degrees, certifications, and licenses are welcome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Initiative and ability to foster a good working environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent teamwork and attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Positive mindset, constant learning, and involvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mobility and a driver’s license are essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
